Mobile Phones

People can send text messages on a mobile phone.  Deaf children can use them to phone friends and family.

They also help deaf children use and develop their reading and writing skills.

The RNID and T-Mobile have made a special mobile phone for deaf people.  Deaf people can use the Nokia 9210 to text landphones, mobiles and TypeTalk.
