Warm Temperate

Thermometers showing 0°C and 20°C

In temperate regions the winters are not very cold and the summers are not very hot.

In January the temperature is between 0°C and 10°C.

In July the temperature is between 10°C and 20°C.

A map of the UK linked to a bar graph of rainfall in Scotland and Southern England Southern Britain has about 50cm of rain each year.  Scotland has 250cm!
