A mosque in Kuwait.

This is a mosque.  
Many Muslim people go here on Fridays.

People put their shoes in here.

Muslims take off their shoes in the Mosque.
This is the mahib.

There are no pictures or statues in a mosque.  The walls have beautiful patterns and writing.

Women pray behind the screen in this mosque. They cannot see the men.

Men and women do not pray together.  The mosque has rooms for the men and rooms for the women.
