Bread and wine help Christians remember Jesus

Wine and bread are special foods for Christians.  They believe Jesus died on the cross to save people from hell.
Christians eat bread and drink wine to remember Jesus.  This is called communion.

Jesus and his friends ate together before he died on the cross.  He gave them bread and said 'Eat this and remember me'.  Then he drank wine and said 'Drink this and remember me'.

This meal is called The Last Supper.
