Shiva

Shiva

This is Shiva.  He is dancing in a circle of fire.  He is standing on a dead demon.
Shiva's wife has different forms.  Three are Kali, Durga and Parvati.
Kali Kali means 'black'.  She represents life and death.  She is the frightening parts of life.
Durga Durga has many arms.  She rides a lion.  She is a warrior. She destroys evil and protects good.
Parvati Parvati is gentle.  Her son is Ganesh.
