Meadowhawk Dragonflies

A yellow legged meadowhawk dragonfly  

This dragonfly lives in America.  It is a Yellow-Legged Meadowhawk.  It lives in marshes, lakes, ponds and bogs in wooded areas.

It lays eggs on mud.  The eggs stay in the mud for the winter.  Then the eggs hatch in spring.

A Ruby Meadowhawk Dragonfly

This is a Ruby Meadowhawk Dragonfly.  It also lives in America.
